He offered to drop the trademark on Scroll and even change the name to Scrolls: something something but they ignored it.

if this does go to court, Zenimax will win. Judicially, Mojang doesn't have a leg to stand on at all.

theres no way he will get the patent for the word scrolls.
hes more or less doing it to get more attention to the word it self so that its less likely to be assoicated with elder scrolls.
just so he has more leverage in the court case.

I'd support Mojang if they weren't applying for the trademark in all forms of media.
