Dead Air Changes

Well most of maps 1-3 are pretty much direct ports with added item spawns for the new items.
Map 4 changes basically force you threw the metal detector which forces a rolling crescendo until you reach the safe room door. Still completely rush able in VS but will make it much harder in Camp.
Map 5 scoring is bugged right now you get all the points but surviving by just touching the the escape airplane. The old airfield camping spot has been improved a lot but still need a small bit of work and then the old underneath the terminal hiding spot is still very easy to camp. They only added a small double door for infected to spawn at which is easily blocked.
A good port over all but still needs some slight work.
