Hulk is the Med I think. Darkblaze's mic is broken, but he can play.
No Goose :(

Who else is in?

I'm in (as a sub - no biggie if you already have 9).

I don't have mumble and I got about 20 MB on my hard drive because I'm a cheap ass and don't want to put a second drive in. I've got vent installed and setup, but there's always wiggle room to put moodle on.

Magus, I hear you on the divisions being different and all. I'll try to find a quote from the rules I read through a while back to show you what I meant. You can still be on the team IIRC, just only as heavy/pyro/engy/spy if you've played at those higher levels. I wouldn't be too concerned about tonight's.

Linky: http://etf2l.org/rules/highlander-rules/
2.1.1 Participants: Only players that are new to competitive play or playing in division 6

The tournament is meant for new and casual players. Players that have played in division 5 or higher in season 5, 6 or 7 (or the equivalent in any other league), are not allowed to participate, other than as a buddy. Breaking this rule will lead to penalties for the whole team.
2.1.5 Each team is allowed to have one Buddy

Every team can have one buddy on their roster. A buddy can be a player from any division or skill who can help teams out with playing and arranging matches. He will be allowed to play in the tournament but he will have to stick to the following classes: Pyro, Heavy, Engineer or Spy.

Teams will have to assign their buddy’s either the ‘Buddy’ or the ‘Great Buddy’ role on their roster [link]. The ‘Buddy’ role is purely visual, whilst the ‘Great Buddy’ role gives the player the possibility of scheduling matches, uploading results and managing the roster.

For those that like certain unlocks though i feel we should play fairly normal (ie, no demo knight):
1.2 All weapons and unlocks allowed

All weapons and unlocks are allowed to be used in 9v9 highlander.
By the way, the maps in the tourney, we should run some practices on the less common ones at least, if not all of them (personally I barely know CP freight and PL Upward):
2.1.6 Fixed Map Schedule

Maps are scheduled by the league. The following maps have to be played in the assigned order:

* Group round 1: 1. Gravelpit 2. Upward
* Group round 2: 1. Gravelpit 2. Freight
* Group round 3: 1. Badwater 2. Badlands
* Group round 4: 1. Badwater 2. Granary
* Playoff stage:
* Round of Sixty-Four: 1. Goldrush 2. Freight 3. Viaduct
* Round of Thirty-Two: 1. Dustbowl 2. Upward 3. Viaduct
* Round of Sixteen: 1. Badlands 2. Granary 3. Viaduct
* Quarter Final: 1. Gravelpit 2. Goldrush 3. Viaduct
* Semi Final: 1. Dustbowl 2. Badwater 3. Viaduct
* Final: Both teams pick one map, possible Decider Map by Map Elimination Mode
EDIT: Magus, I re-read you post on the CEVO levels and hear you on that. Not sure how they might compare those (my guess is amateur level is OK), something to possibly look into before the tourney starts in 3 weeks, perhaps. I don't want to see us do well then get DQ'd for some lame thing like that.

Yeah, I'll check into it in a few weeks. The only additional unlocks we might want to run are Wrangler and Natacha*depending if we pocket the heavy*. Wrangler is banned in all the leagues for a reason. It's completely OP.

Anyways, you guys really SHOULD get mumble. I'll take the post off my other thread and make it into a sticky here. Mala explained rather nicely why it's used. It's easy too.

I'm in for tonight, but does anyone know if theres a list of all the custom maps that we'll be playing? I reinstalled TF2 awhile ago and deleted all my maps to try and increase performance. I'd like to download them ahead of time.

Not to be rude or anything, but I've never seen you play before, and the only server I've heard of you being on is ZF.
