shift tab?

my shift tab isnt working, is there a way to disable it and enable it cuz idk wtf i did. the only thing i did in the files and stuff were trying to do the 16 scoreboard and it didnt work. but idk if that fucked it up. o.o

Right click steam tray icon -> settings -> in-game -> select shortcut keys
If that doesn't work then I don't even know what you did.
