So, I was gonna shoutcast a match tonight, and suddenly I couldn't join any spec tv's. Then I realized I couldn't join any servers that had STV's ENABLED. I also had a lot of delay opening some web pages. I restarted my computer and modem, and it didn't fix it. Then I did a system restore to 2 days ago. After restarting, I was able to view all the servers in the "spectate" tab and I was even able to spectate the match I wanted to cast. Then after about 3 minutes, the server stops responding for me. I go to the spectate tab, and no servers are showing up.
Wtf is happening and how do i fix it
