iTunes problem

The problem is your using Itunes lol

But seriously, Best bet would be to try another PC, This will tell you if the problem is the Phone or the PC.
If its the PC than chances are with a Uninstall/Reinstall or possibly a Format will fix this.
If it's the phone then :?

I've checked online and they say to retry the Firmware Update on the phone, But try it with another PC.

I hate itunes with a passion. I sync my phone maybe every 3 months... My coworker recently tried to update his iphone 4 to their new OS and it bricked his phone...the GENIUS guys at the Apple store shrugged, threw the phone in a bin and gave him a new one...

I know with an iPod there are alternatives to itunes you can use. I use MediaMonkey. No idea if this works with an iphone though.
