The temps are ok, I would make a dual loop system. That may help some.

gpu temp is well under half of what fan cooler would run at, and as i said the cpu cooler isnt very good.
water cooling wont bring ur temps under room temp, unless you have pretty serious fans, i perfer no noise to lower temps
