So I get to tabs, QoS Upstream and QoS Downstream.
I can enter UDPs on upstream, but not on downstream. So I cannot make it so I can set Team Fortress 2 for higher priority on Downloads.
I did it on Upstream and I still get big lag when other people in the house are streaming vids.
