Itunes Store Help

I have multiple users on my family computer, my mother, father, older sister, and my own Itunes store functions perfectly but my younger sisters will not load, it will just stay white with the bar at the top just loading, i have most recent itunes, checked the firewall and itunes has permission please help

Check under the STORE tab, and log out of your account. Maybe your account is linked to your iPod.

Do you have the latest itunes? Always try that first. If that doesn't work, I'd try disabling the firewall just to make sure that's not the issue.

do you auto sync turned on? if so turn it off because it might be trying to do that.

Ack, my apologies, I must've missed that. And about the firewall, do you use a 3rd party firewall or a built in system firewall? It'd also be helpful to know the OS.
But here try this, it's fixed most of my itunes problems when it won't open: Go to ~/My Music/iTunes/ and find Itunes Music Library.xml and rename it to anything (it is possible that it is corrupt).

that did not work, im running windows vista and i have the built in firewall i check all of it, and itunes will open its just i cannot connect to the itunes store

are you all using the same windows username?

if not is your sisters a limited account or admin

ive tried making her admin and that did not work, we have different usernames

Hmm, maybe you only installed it for your username and not the whole computer? Also, did you try Googling this problem?

yeah i tried googling it and spent hours sifting through all the crap and shitty itunes help to find nothing, but im going to reinstall it and try that

If that still fails, maybe it's a bug for the version you had. Try downgrading.
