I am not informed. What is the lawsuit about? since when does minecraft have scrolls?

the developer is making a new game called scrolls
and bethesda is sueing for the likelyness that people will think that it has to do with there game elder scrolls

As Notch has said, he figures its lawyers being lawyers and probably isn't really Bethesda.
