The images should appear professional, color neutral, and fun. The image should not focus on any specific [ATG] member, but rather the community as a whole. I look forward to seeing what you guys and gals can come up with.

Materials in the ™Source Engine have the ability to reflect the world around them through the use of environment maps. Here are some sample images that show how you might design your images to support reflectivity and add a little something extra.
Base Image
This image is your base image, the image that will appear in the game.
Environment Map Mask
This image will be used as a mask for the environment reflection. Lighter values are more reflective and darker values are less reflective.
Rendered Image
An image showing the rendered result in-game. Sadly, with a max environment map size of 256x256, it's impossible to have ultra-high quality reflections.
