Unfortunatley the only thing we can even do is kick people, there isn't a "force auto-balance" option nor is there a way to swap people or squads to the other team.

There was one team that was getting rolled. But one guy in paticular was spawn camping with a Bradley. We warned him to leave but he didn't stop until he got blowed up.
