About time they addressed Hulk's Ultimate Power:
Hulk's Ultimate Power (Meteor Strike)
Increased damage dealt by 50%.
Increased main area of power by 66%.

Just wanted to brag, I found Punisher, then Daredevil, then I found Spider-man. All tonight. I found Punisher on a daily boss, then I found the other 2 as random drops in limbos. I couldn't believe it when I saw Spider-man sitting there. What a night!

About my Attack Speed miscalculations,
http://i.imgur.com/urqsTjh.jpg this should be 18% but is 17% and
http://i.imgur.com/wHhGzcB.jpg should be 23% but is 20%.
Doing a bit of reading people seem to think there is diminishing returns after 15%.
1% loss when 3% up is kinda dumb
but a 3% loss when 8% up is really dumb
