Merchant - Total of 50 silver among all players.
Arms Dealer - Find a gun (demon souls in corrupted area)
Demolitionist - Not sure excatly, but probably find either a certain number of bombs in vases or Dynomite in chests.
Dryad - Get 10 lens, find demon alter, craft suspicious eye, and summon boss at night, once you kill it, she'll move in the next day. (maybe she shows up after you kill your first boss no matter what it is?)

How can the control scheme be bad? Its WASD to move, Space jumps, mouse aims, click for action.
