Why did they change Annie? God forbid a champ not scale into the late-game as well as most other casters.
The problem I see with it is that they're buffing her to the level of other casters, instead of nerfing other casters to her level.

Quoted for truth. This is the issue with the game atm. Instead of nerfing everyone to controllable damage, all the new champs are doing stupider damage (see also: vayne)

She was hardly picked at high level play. Her stun wasn't up enough and she could exploded by anyone.

Riot needs to actually nerf Irelia. She has way too much base HP, her damage is fucking retarded (20 less on dash at level 5 omg now she's balanced!) and they actually buffed her ult damage. I don't give a shit about the heal. She still heals for bs amounts and does way too much damage with only a triforce. It's fucking stupid.

cho is pretty OP when you think about it. you have 2 silences. :/ I saw magus playing cho and i was like holy crap this guy is good, but then i started playing him lol on a friends account.

You can have downs and miss 20 ruptures in a row with no consequence but as soon as you land one, its gg for the other team. terrible design. same with alistar.

Yeah, I mained cho for awhile. I honestly built him off-tank AP and as long as our team had atleast one other tank or off-tank we almost always won. If you can get yourself through the laning phase with a decent CS and no deaths, you'll be a cc-bot late game.
