Irelia is so fucking broken, vayne doesnt even come close to how dumb she is. You do realize that irelia has pretty much no weakness, right? Thats why shes so strong, not to mention 40% cc reduction is fucking dumb considering her ult is a ranged lifesteal in a teamfight anyways.

Irelia is extremely suceptible to burst damage.
She can only heal a lot once she gets her ult off, and then there is a delay between activating your ult and actually being able to use it.

Name one hero who isn't suceptible to burst damage who isn't cho/ulted alistar/heimerdinger/etc. Irelia does dickloads of damage, has retarded cc reduction without any tenacity, has a REALLY gay dash, and heals more than mundo can in under 2 seconds.

Protip: Activate ult right before teamfights.
Protip 2: You have retarded amounts of CC reduction. If you get stunned long enough to not have your ult be able to keep you alive, they will not have any CC left for your team.
Protip 3: Don't argue about Irelia being balanced. she's gay as fuck.

On the topic of irelia and burst damage, if someone bursts you, you can just stun them, then heal. :/
Not to mention that pretty much every good irelia builds tank style after triforce/insert random dps item, so shes even more unkillable.

I think thats the issue with tanky dps, building tanky while still doing stupid damage. Nerfing base values and buffing AD ratios would fix this immensely, but expecting something smart from riot is about as likely as expecting a good TF2 change from valve.

And yeah, vayne's range really is the issue. Because true damage at max possible range is pretty cool. Her damage is fine, but being able to out range everyone then tumble on a 2sec CD is dumb and bring someone to 50% health at level 3 in one combo is even more dumb.



Looks like LoL's going the way of TF2 :/
Edit: What i mean is they should stop releasing new champs and focus on fixing the current issues in game... (ie. Heimer turrets getting outranged and solo'd by caster MINIONS. or nerfing irelia. But we know both of those obviously aren't going to happen anytime soon. :/)

They already tried to address the tanky DPS issue on renekton by doing exactly what you said.
They just didn't do it hard enough.
