tenacity change is stupid. if you want CC reduction get the god damn boots, this really isn't that difficult of a concept. Yeah you lose +20 spell pen or whatever but ITS A TRADEOFF youre not supposed to have best of both worlds. Just like getting merc treads on singed is a stupidly massive nerf to him but i do it because its worth it sometimes.
Rod of Ages now retains Catalyst the Protector's passive when upgraded (Catalyst passive is still unique and will not stack with Rod of Ages)
RoA change will definitely make it a top item now (lolsinged).
Wit's End

No longer burns mana but still deals 42 magic damage on each hit
Really, because the mana burn was pretty much the entire point of wits end. so dumb.

Baron Nashor now ignores debuffs if you are too far away to engage him. Notably this will prevent Heimerdinger from stacking the armor and magic resist reduction debuff from his turrets
Yes instead of focusing on actual issues (read: Jarvan, renek, and possibly jarvan as well. ), lets focus on the one in a million scenario where baron will die because of heimer turrets. ????

Death Defied

Duration reduced to 7 seconds from 8
No longer reduces your respawn time
This is actually a good change. Zombie karth was dumb and slightly overpowered with his passive.
The requiem part is unnecessary, the enemy just needs to build magic resists/get a banshees.

Rumble is a dumb hero. So is kat, garen and renekton. 0 mana/energy costs is a terrible concept and no, the whole "constrained by cooldowns" argument is bullshit. Why not remove mana costs from every other champ as well then?

Well im back. WoW gets boring. Time to troll.

Assuming mana costs restrict almost any champ at all past early game.
Maybe Alistar, and Ryze early on when you need to spam to build ToG.

Kassadin? Lux? Ezreal? Rammus? Swain? Nearly every hero has mana problems at almost all stages of the game.

I disagree with Rumble being BS though. The flame spitter is decent, the shield is decent, but the slow, in my opinion, is underwhelming. The ult is so situational, too, and will rarely do that much damage. Kat/Morde are gay as fuck to lane against, Renekton is OP (I play renekton and i'll admit that), and Garen is pretty balanced.
Heimerdinger is still competing for the worst hero in the game, along with Karma. Despite the giant nerfs, GP at least does decent damage and has a free cleanse.

What Riot needs to fix:
Xin Zhao
Jarvan (omg 5 more mana on his spear. balanced!)
Renekton
Heimer
Karma
Cassiopeia
Akali (does way too much damage and has an instant invis. You need oracle against her more than you do against Eve ffs)

Now you know why I grab clarity on lux w/ a saph crystal. If you play your cards right, you can get tear and full boots by the time you b, and your max mana will be much higher. When you get back to lane, clarity will be back up within 35 seconds, so you just burn as many spells as you can with harrass.

It's all about biding your time and using clarity about halfway through your lane cycle.

Ezreal has mana problems? Maybe if you spam your Q relentlessly.

Faster you stack your manamune the better. if you don't get manamune, don't play ezreal.
either way, that's ONE hero you 'provided an argument' against. heroes have mana problems unless you're an energy champ, non-mana champ, or a jungler/champ with blue buff. if you gank often, you will have mana problems. if you speed farm, you will have mana problems. if you play league of legends, odds are you're going to have mana problems.

You know what I think is OP? Early game Jax and early game Caitlyn. As if Cait's range wasn't long enough her skill shot does around 100-200 damage when she's levels 2-4 and it's range is pretty ridiculous. Same goes for Jax, Leap Strike's range isn't a problem but it takes away half your health in one hit.

Ezreal w/ Manamune?
You crazy son?
Start with mana crystal, build into Sheen, NEVER HAVE MANA PROBLEMS!*

*I do have like 4 tier 3 MP/5 per level runes though, and sometimes I'll push down utility for the mana regen

...I have 9 mana regen per 5 per level glyphs. Ezreal spams more spells than any hero except Karthus (maybe Eve?). Sheen will not give you enough mana (and certainly not enough regen) to sustain farming, killing, or harrassing for more than 30 seconds.

Alright lets set some things straight.

Ezreal:

1) Tear of the goddess
2) sheen or manamune.

the important part is the tear of the goddess.

Manamune is only good on champs that benefit from having massive spammability/absolutely NEED spells to do ANY damage at all (and need to spam a lot)
Your Q is only good for keeping stacks on passive lategame, really (that and poking)

Manamune is only good on two heroes: Urgot and Ezreal. No other heroes benefit from it as much as they do.
