Fucking great. So I start re-installing. My laptop has two hard drive by the way. Anyway, so I start re-installing windows 7, and it brings me up to a list of my partitions etc. I can delete/remove all of them except my C drive. It won't let me delete it or format it *and that's where my virus is*....

Some routers let you prioritize a certain port, so you could prioritize 27015 so when you are playing tf2 other people won't slow you down, but your downloading torrents or whatever won't slow everyone else down.

You could just take an old PC throw some drives in it and install FreeNAS or Ubuntu+Samba or something like that.

Thing is, I'm not sure if Fibe is being installed in my neighbourhood. There were a few Rogers vans tinkering with some boxes at the park, but that was it. Then my speed went down the drain. If fiber optics aren't being installed, I'm going to fucking rip out the cables from the ground with my BEAR...
