No bots. ATG badwater is renowned for being a server with experienced players. Having stupid bots will detract from that image.

I think doing whatever possible to be added to TF2's quick join system would help as well. It would mostly attract noobs, but any joiner is a good one.

Would you recommend it over a Cooler Master V8? The V8 is expensive, but it seems like it's better than the cheaper heatsinks.

That win 8 desktop is really gross. I have access to windows beta stuff for my it class, and win 8 is terrible IMO. I feel like I have a phone OS on my desktop.

Owning any game will allow you to download source sdk base 2007, but you have to download Source SDK Base 2007 separately from the tools section under your library. Owning a valve game just allows you to download it for free.
