I use a Mac at work and find it to be a lot easier to do work on, so I wanted to get one for home to work on.
I'll probably get a new PC eventually too, but I only had the money for one or the other right now.

It would seem rather pointless unless they are referring to something other than integers and addressing registers. I don't think I've ever had any problems with UPS or Purolator, don't think I've had anything come/go through FedEx or DHL so I can't say anything about them.
