Dell sucks no doubt about it. I do computer repair and dell can skimp on components with the best of them.

Either way I'm ok with it. The original card was an open box item that I saved 20 bucks on. So regardless of what happens, I'll get a brand new card out of all this.

Update 3: When asked initially, a simple response of, "Yes it was a mockup, Jen-Hsun used non-technical language to describe the part" would have made this a non-story. Instead, it is a great story about corporate lies and public deception.

I ordered a 4770 and those dumb fucks at UPS lost it. It's cool though because Newegg is sending me a new one. And to top it off, if UPS finds my missing card, I get to keep it. You know what that means? Crossfire!
